Terms and Condition:

1. The tenant will pay to the said landlord monthly and every month during the said term of the lease a
sum of Pesos: Five Thousand Two Hundred (Php 5,200.00) payable in advance on the first day of
each and every month during the length of the lease. Six (6) postdated cheques will be provided
before the start of the lease and payable to _______. No Sufficient Fund (NSF) cheque is cause for
immediate termination of the contract.

2. The lease shall be six (6) months starting on __________________. Notice of Termination shall be
done one (1) month before the desired termination date.

3. Sub-lease is strictly not allowed. This will lead to automatic termination of the contract. A violation
fee equivalent to one (1) full month amounting to P5,200.00 and no refund for any unused day of the
current month payment

4. The landlord assumes no responsibility for any damage to person or property arising out of this
rental.

5. The landlord represents and warrant that they have the authority and permission to lease out the
said parking space listed above.

6. The tenant agrees to abide the by-laws set by Levina Place Condominium Corporation.
