Post Contract Core Responsibilities –

 Preparing monthly cost report and interim evaluation application.


 Negotiate & follow with client to get timely certification of interim application with in
the period stipulated by the contract.
 Reporting on cost variance based on contract scope, contractual requirement, direct &
indirect cost assessment, cost allocation for material & analysis of budget vs. actual.
 Identify, timely issuing of notices of cost/time impact due to changes & preparation of
variation claims with breakdown and prolongation claim with all detail backups.
 Preparation of additional claims & time extension claims.
 Preparation of Variations including finding the supporting documents.
 Cost saving from Value Engineering exercise with the team. .
 Liaise with procurement department during subcontract tendering, review analysis of all
subcontract tenders, attending clarification meeting with potential contractors and
making recommendation regarding final appointment of contractors.
 Evaluating & certifying subcontractors progress claims & other claims.
 Provide feedback to subcontractors on changes or variations to ensure accurate
documentation and application to future components builds.
 Taking off individual measurements for civil works.
