Ashley is on track with her teaching requirements. She does need an additional didactic hour, however this will be met shortly by a CE seminar this coming week. I'm having a hard time assessing the others because there are some
discrepancies in the forms - the log says 15 additional hours with examples of 6/6/3 hour breakdown, others make it seem as if that specific breakdown is required. She currently meets the 15 hours, but not the specific breakdown example.

Ashley has a lot of great thoughts in her philosophy, with her own reflections, but she may want to work on the "concise" part. She can consider placing a brief summary of her philosophy at the top (the basics of encouraging growth and self-
directed ongoing learning), then go on to elaborate on that. The core ideas are strong, the presentation just needs a bit of modification.

Ashley included examples of her teaching thus far, but not everything is included. For a more complete portfolio, Ashley should add all of her topic discussion handouts. Our residents usually do 'crash course' discussions with a large group of
students every so often - if she has had that opportunity (I am uncertain) I want to make sure she includes those as well.

The only feedback currently available is from Ashley's didactic presentation to colleagues. If she had feedback forms from students for her topic discussions, those will need to be added as well. If she does not have any, I request that she give
feedback forms to students for any upcoming topic discussions or crash course presentations.
