Duties (purpose): The purpose of time keeping is to ensure that each meeting runs according to schedule, in
particular the table topics session, assignment speeches and evaluation session.

How to report When asked to report (by the General Evaluator, during the evaluation session) the time keeper
may report in the following manner:
“Mr. / Mdm. General Evaluator, fellow toastmasters, and guests, this is my report…”
