2. Valid up to 45 days from the date of issue of this letter.

3. For getting Drug license, the mandatory requirement is registered pharmacist and location
details of your proposed Kendra.

4. This in-principal approval letter is only an initial approval issued so as to enable you to apply for
Drug license under the name of “Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra”, The final approval
letter for opening of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra will be issued subject to
fulfillment of all requisite documents/criteria of the Pariyojana as amended from time to time.
