Preparation: Leaf Dolma
• Place the grape leaves in a bowl and pure hot water.
Leave for 10 minutes. Drain and cut the stems or hard
veins.
• Finely chop parsley, mint, dill and onion.
• Wash well the rice.
• In a large bowl place the beef or lamb, add the chopped
herbs, onion, rice, olive oil, water, salt, pepper and mix
well.
• Place the shiny side of the grape leaf on a wooden board
or in the palm of your hand and put 1 teaspoon of stuffed Ingredients:

5 cups (625g) flour
1¾ cups (420ml) water

• In a large bowl combine flour, salt, and oil. Add water and
mix until dough is formed. Add more water if the dough is to
