1.Convinient Class schedule

Our school have flexible schedule for the working students ,that’s why majority of students in
LNC are working students .It offered classes during the late afternoon to fit the daily routines of
students with the latest evening classes adjourning at 9:00 pm.

2.Modern Education

This institution offer students on-line class schedules, on-line Registration, on-line student aid
applications. Advantage of online education is that it allows students to attend classes from any location
of their choice. Online learning offers students the accessibility of time and place in education.

3. Build Connection

Our university help our student’s to build relationship with other university,Organization, industries
though different competitions, job opportunities, seminar’s etc.

4.Develop new sources of income through development, increased research funding and pursuit of
partnering strategies

Partnering with the private sector can be a fruitful way of finding additional funding.This provides
stable revenue for institutions and smoothes some of the variability that can be caused by grant funding
of research. Collaboration can also help to shorten the amount time needed to get new patents and
technologies to market which can drive revenues for both parties. Working with corporate sponsors to
develop specialized curriculums to be delivered either on campus or at the workplace provides the
benefit of meeting industry’s needs while providing the additional benefit of funding institutions to
adapt curriculum to better meet the needs of the increasingly high-end technologies.

5.Enhance brand name through more effective marketing and communications

Brand comes from within. It must be believed in and supported by all members of our
community. Our school bare large, complex communities. Each person needs to understand, believe in,
and want to support the school culture in his or her own way for it to be successful. When brand is
community driven, it goes from promise to reality.The school’s brand is the calling card to the outside
world: it is how our school identified and remembered. When somebody sees the logo or your school
colors, it immediately evokes an emotion in them, whether that’s admiration, indifference or something
else .It can build trust in any business, customers trust strong brands, and the education sector is no
different. Schools with a well-known reputation for excellence in education are inherently trusted by
parents and students. That’s not to say that if you’re not especially well-known as a school that you’re in
trouble, it simply goes to show the importance of establishing your brand.
Threats
1. Updated technology

As we known technology is the main source of every institution due to advancement .Of
technology day by day it is not easy to update our technology because our capital is limited As
compare to other old universities. Nonetheless, technology plays a great role for any Organization
to achieve its goals the other universities is rapidly adapting to new technologies which guard us
against a threat

2.State budget crisis

Lack of funding ,a continuing reduction of state support and the need to generate new streams
of revenue from non – traditional sources. In order to lessen this threats the school administration
must seek out new investors and funding for programs.

3.Market Competition

Due to new in market there are many competitors which become a hurdle if we have no strong
leadership from the federal government, our state capitals, business, and our higher education
institutions to overcome these hurdles, address our challenges, and capitalize on our opportunities
than our market competition with other are zero.

4.Declining numbers of college graduates

Because of the coronavirus pandemic surged across the country , students may have been
discouraged from returning .Education institutions, high schools and policymakers will need to work
together to help bring back the learners who are struggling during the pandemic and recession.

5.Decreased support from local and national government

The Local Government are responsible for providing advice and support to the schools in their local
area. The National Government are responsible for devising policies and ensuring they are
implemented. The central government is also responsible for the school/education budget, they
determine which local authorities should receive the funding and the amounts

Due to this pandemic the LGU’s are more focus on budget for the localized response and mitigation
of disease transmission at the community level. That’s why the support we need from the government
for the school is partially neglected . In order to mitigate this the school administration must address this
problem to the local or national government ,so that this will be notice .
Strength
1.High Qualified Teachers

Our teachers here are bachelor’s degree some are doctoral degree and full state certification or
licensure . They know each subject they teach. A school educator who meets the definition created
under the federal education law.

2.Faculty and staff support the campus mission

Student satisfaction and success stems directly from their engagement with institutional staff. So
clearly, staff who are positive, helpful, and focused on student success play a critical role in ensuring that
students are retained on campus. Therefore, it is important that staff have the support they need to
provide the type of interactions that will help students stay in school.

3.Positive campus climate

This addresses the high morale among employees the quality and having meaningful and
collaborative relationships between teachers and students, teachers and administrators, and among
students.It can even mitigate the negative effects of self-criticism and socioeconomic status on academic
success. Members of the school community demonstrate respect, fairness and kindness in their
interactions, and build healthy relationships that are free from discrimination and harassment.

4. Tuition fees are affordable

Many students can afford the tuition fees here in LNC because the tuition fees for Bachelor's
degree: ranges to ₱26,000-30,000 per year and Master's degree: ranges to ₱ 9,000-15,000 per year.

5.Good Location

The land of our university has a singular advantage among other universities because of its clean and
green environment. The city in which the university is located have an advantage in terms of
atmosphere and cost of living and public transport facility over other private and public universities

The school must implement a program for Training of the staff so that they can enhance their kills,
capabilities and knowledge for doing a particular job.

2.Limited sources of capital

Reduction in state funding ,the necessity to update programs and services ,and rising fixed cost
contribute to the lack of available financial resources .The school administration must seek out new
investors for school funding.

3.Aging Facilities

Aging school facilities need to be a concern for everyone. Substantial deferred maintenance and
older buildings require funding to maintain and restore

4.Declining enrollment

Higher education student enrollments have been declining steadily in recent years. The impact on
institutions could be fatal. In order to migrate this long-term strategies for riding the wave of declining
enrollments must be adopted by a growing number of universities.

5.
