Subject: REITERATION OF INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING DEPED RIZAL
EMPLOYEES ON WORK FROM HOME (WFH) ARRANGEMENT
Date : May 10, 2021

1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 188,s. 2021 titled, “REITERATION OF INSTRUCTIONS


REGARDING DEPED RIZAL EMPLOYEES ON WORK FROM HOME (WFH)
ARRANGEMENT”, this office would like to reiterate instructions to employees in this school who
are authorized to work from home (WFH).

2. Employees who are on WFH scheme must adhere on the following to ensure the delivery of quality
instruction amidst the pandemic:

a) All must be actively onboard from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays, thus expected to
immediately answer any form of communication from immediate superior or peers.

b) Since all are expected to reply in all digital communications immediately as mostly require
urgent actions, employee who fails to reply within an hour will be considered half day on
that specific day; and

c) Individual Workweek Accomplishment Report (IWAR) must be prepared and submitted


every Friday between 5-6 PM, starting May 10, 2021 onwards.

3. If inevitable that employees need to do quick or emergency errands, all are advised to closely monitor
their communication lines to avoid delay of work deliverables. As much as possible, errands must be
done during lunch break.

4. Employees who work from home must maintain utmost professionalism and observe appropriate
work ethics.
In addition, compliance to Division Memorandum No. 240, s. 2020 on Entrepreneurial
Activities of government employees must be strictly observed. Facebook account of employees must
not be used for massive advertisements of business or entrepreneurial activities to avoid misconstrue
of the public that daily work deliverables of the employees are not prioritized. This Office has advised
the employees who have business especially in sales or marketing to create separate Facebook page
for such purpose.
