Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

In my opinion, my lifestyle begins with the INTEREST that one puts in

things, you have to work with a good attitude, enthusiasm and passion, that
way work becomes love. Therefore, if I work with love and passion, I will
have the RECOGNITION of everyone. The truth is, I feel great satisfaction
knowing that my coworkers value me for my good performance in the
activities that I develop and for my values that my parents taught me. All of
this becomes a great CHALLENGE for me, to continue maintaining that
motivation to do things well with leadership and commitment. In that sense,
it is very important to have RELATIONSHIPS that will generate you grow as a
person and also professionally, because in the future I want to run my own
company at the highest level with a position that I can delegate to other
people in my company and at the same time provide them with the
necessary resources. so that all framed objectives can be achieved and
function properly. I know that I will achieve it since my most outstanding
COMPETENCE is "motivation" because a true leader must have motivation
to be able to achieve the objectives and carry out the tasks. Having my own
company will allow me to have INDEPENDENCE and it will give me the
ability to generate and manage financial resources efficiently, without
requiring external help to finance company expenses. In this way I will have
a better LIFESTYLE, which will allow me to have peace of mind, health,
financial freedom and above all the happiness and love of my family. It will
also allow me to have SECURITY when making assertive decisions that
guarantee the best relationships and thus increase the chances of success.
MONEY is certainly important to achieve things in life. It is essential to meet
our needs, present and future, but we must never pursue money as if it were
the key to having a fulfilling life. This would be a big mistake, because it can
distract us from what we really enjoy. When I manage to form my company,
we will have a lot of VARIETY and respect a lot the word of my workers,
because it will allow people to have various points of view of a certain
proposal and to improve them.
