Topic: Material culture & Narratives

Abstract
Books, stories, tools or craft form Cultural identities of any civilization. They reflect society; it’s people
and their behaviors We are an intrinsic part of this construct since our outlook informs societal paradigms.
If we are narrators of society, what then defines us as narrators? Are we then the stories we were told?
The aim of the thesis research is to develop an ideation from a series of sketches, that will form a short
film (30s) max, anchoring the narrative. This shall lay down an abstract framework from where themes
will be extracted and constructed into an argument.
