Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART I]

As per our e-mail exchange and noting the series of hearings you have just completed, I’m eager
to learn when the retroactive audit will be initiated, consistent with procedures being employed
in Arizona/Georgia. Quoting the testimony by Tony Schafer (who is pictured with me on my
Facebook Homepage when we met with Sen. Cruz regarding Kurdistan) during the final hearing,
"Pennsylvania must act PRUDENLY to conduct audits, review process and procedures of the 2020
election, standardize the best practices and create enforcement mechanisms to ensure oversight
and access for election observers to monitor the tabulation process so that the sacred right to
vote for all citizens of Pennsylvania is protected.

Thus, I am reviewing the transcripts of the hearings to crossruff information therein with the
tabular compilations generated by Peter Navarro [https://peternavarro.com/the-navarro-
report/] because of the intent to corroborate the advice that this audit be initiated ASAP.

As per your advice, I am reviewing the submitted testimony and watched the videos of each event

The summary of irregularities in Pennsylvania from page 79 details the voting discrepancies that
impact the final totals, analyzed painstakingly with exhaustive hyperlinks (in all three volumes):

By far the largest category of potentially illegal ballots – over 680,000 – is

associated with poll observer abuses. Certified Republican poll observers were
kept at distances the length of a football field. They were prevented from
accessing back rooms where tens of thousands of ballots were being processed,
and they were rounded up into restricted areas when trying to fulfill their legal
duty to observe the ballot counting process. Without meaningful observation of
the ballot counting process, it is impossible to verify the legality of absentee and
mail-in ballots.

State Representative Frank Ryan, along with several other members of the State
Legislature, found that over 202,000 more ballots were cast than actual
registered voters in the state. In addition, there were 58,221 absentee ballots
counted that were returned on or before the postmarked date on the envelope.
9,005 additional ballots were counted without a postmark on the envelope, in
clear violation of state election law. There were also over 14,300 absentee ballots
cast from addresses in which registered voters did not legally reside, over 7,400
registered voters from other states that successfully cast ballots in the state of
Pennsylvania, over 8,000 likely dead voters according to an analysis of state
records and publicly available obituaries, and over 1,500 suspect votes in the
names of persons over 100 years old.

Pennsylvania was not exempt from the double-voter problem either, with 742
voters on record as having voted twice, adding several hundred fraudulent ballots
into the mix.

In summary, almost a million votes are suspect, while the candidate-splay was only 81K;
furthermore, it is possible to confirm a pattern of alleged electoral fraud in battleground states
(explaining the infamous multistate 3 a.m. reporting spike), as is occurring in Arizona and Georgia.
Such an initiative would not require confirmation of additional ballot-stuffing allegations often
correlated with computer aberrations, yielding erroneous tabulations; these were aggregated
[https://www.theprofessorsrecord.com/], citing Mike Lindell and Dean Michele Bachmann.

In December, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (a pattern recognition expert who holds over 200 patents
used on 12 billion handheld devices around the globe) showed how to detect many types of
election fraud with a simple, easy digital examination of physical absentee ballots, by scanning
mail-in ballots under a predetermined UV light source through forensic machines designed to
detect physical signatures of the ballots [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgeqGmvQXKs].
Determining authenticity can be completed within seconds and detects whether returned ballots
were folded (as they had been when sent to the putative voter). His approach detects other
characteristics (e.g., paper/ink used on the forms) that doesn’t access the vendor machines

On a national scale, it is desirable to note whether safeguards promulgated by CISA have been
invoked in Pennsylvania [https://www.cisa.gov/, https://www.cisa.gov/rumorcontrol, and
https://www.csoonline.com/article/3405580/what-is-the-cisa-how-the-new-federal-agency-
protects-critical-infrastructure-from-cyber-threats.html]; this is the entity that was headed by a
director whom President Trump had fired for incompetence, so it’s possible that he never had
implemented these innovations [https://www.technologyreview.com/2020/11/21/1012422/
after-trump-fires-cisas-director-the-agency-is-poised-to-become-even-more-powerful/]:

Local election offices have security and detection measures in place that make it
highly difficult to commit fraud through counterfeit ballots. While the specific
measures vary, in accordance with state and local election laws and practices,
ballot security measures can include signature matching, information checks,
barcodes, watermarks, and precise paper weights.

Committing fraud through photocopied or home-printed ballots would be highly

difficult to do successfully. This is because each local election office has security
measures in place to detect such malicious activity. While the specific measures
vary, in accordance with state and local election laws and practices, such security
measures include signature matching, information checks, barcodes,
watermarks, and precise paper weights.

This may explain why the forensic audit in Maricopa County is apparently searching for
special watermarks on ballots [pic.twitter.com/XU4ZxzvlbK] and why Georgia’s Fulton County
(Atlanta) is being audited; the race was decided by 11K ballots as 600K ballots are under study
[https://rumble.com/vg17o9-georgia-is-going-to-be-next-over-600000-illegal-ballots-in-race-
decided-by-.html]. Although Pulitzer claims the review he provoked is tainted, he has alleged that
Dominion machines removed 6% of Votes from Each Windham, New Hampshire GOP Candidate
and that the same machines were used in 85% of the state’s towns [https://www.
thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/new-hampshire-update-dominion-owned-machines-removed-
6-votes-windham-gop-candidate-machines-used-85-towns-video-report/?utm_source=Email&
utm_medium=the-gateway-pundit&utm_campaign=dailypm&utm_content=daily]. Finally, it’s
recalled that a video showed late-night ballot delivery allegedly occurring in Detroit’s Cobo Arena
[https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/exclusive-tcf-center-election-fraud-newly-
recovered-video-shows-late-night-deliveries-tens-thousands-illegal-ballots-michigan-arena/];
recalling the plethora of suddenly emerging votes at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, it is
necessary to ensure ballot integrity has been confirmed before the electoral results are accepted.

Although a conclusive analysis is not possible herein and rationalizations for delayed tabulations
have been conjured, it remains curious that Pennsylvania reported 200K more ballots cast than
people who voted [https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/pennsylvania-reported-
200000-ballots-cast-people-voted-will-state-now-legitimately-go-trump-column/]; in light of
Molly Ball’s shocking “Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election”
[https://time.com/5936036/secret-2020-election-campaign/], it is necessary for the Legislature
to “find the receipts” (quoting Steven K. Bannon on his WarRoom.org) … ASAP.

Although the hearings were focused upon legislative priorities, 2020 aberrations provoked many
proposed innovations; although bipartisanship goals are touted, it cannot be assumed that the
Democrats will accede to such obvious mandates as Voter-ID, as Georgia has now adopted.
