You have become proficient in inflicting pain upon enemies.
• Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum 20.

Prerequisite: Chinoike, Level 4+
You have found a way to reduce the strain the Ketsuryugan
has on you. You gain the following benefits;
• Increase your Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Reduce the cost of activating Ketsuryugan by half.
• Your Ketsuryugan now gives you Chakra Sight up to 30
feet when active.
