COVID – 19 INSTRUCTIONS

 Wear a facemask and maintain a distance

of at least 6 feet / 2 meters inside & outside

Test Centre.

 Use sanitizer and avoid touching eyes, nose

& mouth and close contact.

 Use tissue when coughing or sneezing and

throw it in trash. If you don't have a tissue,

cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your

hands.
