Pursuing a position that will allow a strong and positive personality to provide skilled care to their

• Participated with an outpatient team by providing physical therapy services to a white
patient population including patients from: low back pain, neurology, rotator cuff
surgeries, TKA, THA.
• Skilled care included assistive device training, balance training, bed mobility and
transfers.

• Observed work of physical therapy professionals Ann made both personal and verbal
observations about tasks performed.
• Shadowed physical therapy professionals as PT’s for a total of 20 hours to learn best

helpful toward the clinicals staff as well as patients.
