Greetings from the Philippine Society of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers!
This has reference in the Memorandum dated January 8, 2021 signed by Department of
Agriculture Secretary Mr. William D. Dar giving authority to all Agricultural
Engineers/Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers to participate in the 32nd Philippine
Agricultural Engineering Week, 17th International Agricultural Engineering
Conference and the 70th PSABE Annual National Convention on April 27-28, 2021 via
Virtual Platform with the Theme: “Harnessing Industry 4.0 for Agricultural and
Biosystems Engineering”, pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 399 declaring the
4th week of April each year as the Philippine Agricultural Engineering Week.
The celebration will include the conference, plenary and technical papers presentations on
the research, development, extension and trends in renewable energy and rural
electrifications; environmental and waste management; agricultural machinery; irrigation
and drainage; soil and water conservation; postharvest and processing agricultural
structures; fishery and aquaculture resources engineering; forest product resource
engineering; and related fields.
In relation to this, we are encouraging all your Agricultural Engineer/Agricultural and
Biosystems Engineer employees to participate to the said Annual National Convention with
PhP 1,000 Registration Fee. For the guidance on how to Register, please refer to the
instructions below:
Step 1: Go to http://www.psabe.org.ph
Step 2: On the Events, click “Log in to register event”
Step 3: If you don’t have an account yet, click “Register a new membership”
Step 4: Fill out the Membership Form and Submit. Wait for the approval of PSABE
Step 5: Once approved, you can “Log-in” to register in the PSABE Convention and PSABE Election
Reminders: Just follow the steps in registering in the PSABE Convention and how to
pay the Registration Fee.
In view of this, we would like to provide you a copy of Letter of Authority signed by Sec.
William D. Dar and communication letter received and acknowledged by DA-Regional Field
Office 6 regarding the said PSABE Convention. For further inquiries, you may email at
