Blue Economy Sectors (Fisheries and Seafood Production, Marine Tourism, Maritime
Transport And Logistics, Etc) are Being Heavily Affected at Different Levels and Scales.

Many Countries are Implementing Policy Responses


And Trade Measures To Solve The Problems

Objectives
To provide an outlook on the challenges brought by the COVID-19 and
explore the opportunities for recovery and improve the resilience in ocean
and archipelagic countries.
