Participant’s All the Teachers were involved and actively participated in the
said activity.
Description
E. Activity The Department of Education (DepEd) announces the conduct of
DepEd Teaches and other activities from December 14-19,2020 via
Description TV and online platforms. These activities are available for all DepEd
personnel during In-service Training (INSET) Week. Participation in
these activities are optional and not mandatory.

F. Objectives 1. To discuss accurate editing of SLM and Crafting of learning activity
sheet/LAS
2. To implement contextualization in SLM and in Learning activity
sheets.
3. To discuss Interim guidelines for assessment and grading system in
lihgt of the basic education learning continuity plan.
G. End of Activity Contextualized Self-learning modules/ learning activity Sheets
Output.
H. Highlights Tinowaran Elementary School conducted of INSET in
Capability Building on the Enhancement of Tinowaran Teachers’
Distance Learning Teaching Skills for Effective Implementation
of New Normal on December 15-17,2020 8:00 in the morning. In
the first day we had a registration for each participants of the
INSET, we had a short program and for the facilitator for the
first session we had Ma’am Charita M. Degamhon her topic is
about Accurate Editing of SLM and Crafting of learning activity
sheets. And for the second session the facilitator we had Ma’am
Marilou E. Dimakiling her topic was Contextualization concept
in SLM and in Learning activity sheets.
For the second day of the INSET we had Ma’am Chara C.
Hernandez as the facilitator of the day after that we had a
conference. For the third day we had a Demonstration of
Learning activity sheets by Ma’am Lucille Salutan. After that a
 short conference and awarding of certificate.

II. RESULTS
Achievement of Objectives were carried out 100%
Objectives in %
1. Design of the Event Venue: Tinowaran ES
Activity: Capability Building on the Enhancement of
Tinowaran Teachers’ Distance Learning Teaching Skills for
Effective Implementation in the New Normal
2. Management of the The INSET was successfully manageable because of active
Activity participation, cooperation and support of the teachers and the school
head of the activity.
3. Audience Participation 100% participation of the teachers were shown and observed very
actively until the end of the activity.
