JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist department manager in establishing and optimizing the Company's financial


management and accounting systems.
2. Compile annual financial budget. Supervise the implementation status and performance
examination.
3. Organize, coordinate and supervise accounting work, check accounting policies and
accounting treatment methods, and timely solve the accounting problems. Ensure the
timeliness, veracity and accuracy of accounting information. Ensure the safety of the
financial data.
4. Compile financial management analysis report to provide reference information and
related data for leaders' decision-making process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 5. Organize and coordinate audit, assessment and taxation inspection work.
6. Be responsible for financial file management.
7. Evaluate the accountants. Make education and training plan for financial position.
8. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders.
9. Preparing PSIDs relating to IT, SRB, GST with tax calculation workings.
10. Preparing working for filling returns (SRB, GST, Salary & withholding statements)
