pertinent documents and issuances from the City Assessor’s Office, City Treasurer’
Office, Register of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue and any other government agency,
or government instrumentality, and other documents relative to the sale of condominium
units ___________ at the [location] (hereafter the “Properties”) covered by a Deed of

2. To acknowledge and receive and sign receipt of, any and all the documents,
