2 Vendor shall advise or confirm on mark (*).

3 Vendor shall responsible for detailed engineering of the heat exchanger. Vendor to confirm that fabrication, inspection and testing shall follow the

referenced Codes, Standards and Project Specifications.

4 Gasket for Girth Flange: 4.5 mm thick Flexitallic Style CGI, SPW, Graphite Filled, 316L SS Windings

Gasket for Nozzle: 4.5mm, SPW 316L SS, Graphite Filled, 316L SS inner & outer ring, ASME B16.20/B16.5

6 Inspection and testing will be finalized at ITP document.

7 All metallic material shall be provided with inspection certificate in accordance with BS EN 10204 latest edition, pressure parts

8 All external nozzles locallized stress analysis to be performed by Vendor as per WRC 107 & 297 Bulletin.

9 Nozzles location and orientation shall be verified by Supplier of internal part and EPC Contractor prior to fabrication.

Vendor shall inform and verify actual weight, shear & moment data information and by calculation.

10 Welded supports and attachment shall use same material as shell

11 Vendor shall be responsible for the full thermal & mechanical design and shall confirm all material chosen

12 Vendor shall provide weight detail calculations and general assembly drawing including foundation loading data, center of gravity for each Cases

(empty, operating and hydrostatic test).

13 The equipment shall be designed for 25 years continuous duty (TBA).
