machine learning & artificial intelligence. He was a senior engineer at
PUSILKOM (Universitas Indonesia Centre of Computer Science). He
lead massive projects such as the Election Commission of Indonesia
in 2015, 2017, and 2018.

He’s in charge in building intelligence character reader for c1 form.

He has seven plus years of experience in the technology industry. In
2018, He co-founded a cryptocurrency exchange in Indonesia called
Biido.id.

Cum Laude predicate. Experience in banking industry and investment
company for more than 7 years. He was project leader in creating
water financing for the poor collaborating with water.org, American
nonprofit developmental aid organization. He leads investment
company which focus on property project, invoice project financing
and creating real estate development company with focus on
providing affordable house in Jabodetabek area.

Cyril Noerhadi was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Mandiri
Sekuritas) on October 16, 2012. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management (Cumlaude)
from the University of Indonesia, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and
Economics from the University of Houston, United States and Bachelor of Geological
Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director of Medco
Energi Internasional (2005-2013); Corporate Finance Partner at Pricewaterhousecoopers
(1999-2005); Managing Director of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (1996-1999); Managing Director
of Indonesian Deposit Clearing (1993-1996); and Executive Director of Danareksa (1991-1993).
Currently, besides serving as President Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas, he also serves as
President Director of PT Creador (since 2011); Commissioner at PT Medikaloka Hermina (since
2017) and Independent Commissioner at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk. (since 2017).
