Vision Drive, LLC is offering you a full time position as a Delivery Associate, with a tentative start date
of May 5, 2021 , at the Amazon DH07 Delivery Station 28420 West ten Blvd, Katy TX 77494.

In this position, Vision Drive, LLC is offering to start you at a base pay rate of $15 per hour. A particular
schedule or number of hours is not guaranteed and the number of hours may change from week to week.
You will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. There is an additional bonus available for meeting certain Key
Performance Indicators. As an employee of Vision Drive, LLC, you will be eligible for healthcare
insurance, and Paid Time Off (PTO). You will earn 4% of time worked in PTO; accrual starts on day 1 of
your employment. However, the PTO can be used only after the first 90 days of work. Your health care
insurance will become active on the first day of the month following 30 consecutive days of work.
