Whereas, Sec. 183 of the IP Code, as amended by Sec. 10 of Republic Act No. 10372, allows the
owners of copyright and related rights or their heirs to designate a society of artists, writers,
composers and other right-holders, commonly referred to as collecting societies or collective
management organizations (CMOs), to collectively manage their economic and moral rights on
their behalf, provided that they first secure the necessary accreditation from IPOPHL in order
that they can enforce the rights of their members
This means that the accredited applicants for the collective societies may have the rights not to
be in complaint and this means that they are in behalf of the creator that depends on their purpose
where they are license to sue and enforce their administered rights.

remuneration.

this as commercials. For me, this type of marketing is the most creative to hook our
consumers to buy our products. By being creative, it can be a comedic, dramatic, or
something that would touch the hearts of the market.

Kwentong Jollibee series is made up of short videos that tell true and relatable
stories for occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the like.
 Another example is an advertisement video from my favorite artist Liza
Soberano where she advertised the products of maybellines and she is so
beautiful there, and that made me buy those products. So be being
creative, facebook ads, google ads and tv commercials are one of the best
ways to hook consumers buy or products and services.
