T: gives shows the sts different pictures and asks them what

about his job.

problem that the map is 2D and asks them how they can
show the different landforms on a map.
- T: explains the difference between the relief map and
topographical maps.
- T: shows the sts a picture of the Earth's layers.
- T: asks the sts of what they already know about the
different Earth's layers.
