    3.2 Has all Lifting equipment made or modified by OKL have a test cert by
    3rd party inspection.
    Notes:

    3.3 Does all lifting equipment have a safe working load clearly indicated
    on all gear.

    3.4 Is the lifting register up to date.

    3.5 Is all lifting equipment inspected by 3rd party inspection.

    3.6 Does OKL destroy any lifting equipment which fail 3rd party inspection
    and routine inspection.

    3.7 Does OKL display a colour code board which shows a 6/12 month
    colour code

    3.8 Have all operators attended a slinger and lifting course.
