do downtime and without safety accidents. Supervised up to five employees,
conducted hiring interviews and annual performance evaluations. Created
maintenance schedules, generated work orders and applied for permits. Assigned
work; reviewed tasks performed for timely completion, and correctness. Trained
employees in required safety programs and enforced the practice of all safety
regulations. Monitored inventory and parts ordering. Coordinated vendor equipment
upgrades and updated drawings as necessary. Attended regular meetings with

process of two new rigs in the Dubai shipyard.
