AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, JONITO RACAL., of legal age, married, Filipino with business address

at 1 Deng Hua Street, Mabuhay Textile Compound, Malinta, Valenzuela, after
having been subscribed to an oath, depose and state that:
1. I am the incumbent CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS of
RACAL MOTOR (PHILS.) ASSSEMBLY CORP., duly registered
corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission with
Registration No. CS200913988;

2. That pursuant to the findings made by the BUREAU OF FIRE

PROTECTION- BOCAUE FIRE STATION during their ocular
inspection last October 2, 2019, they will be willing to grant our
Company a clearance with the same findings and recommendations
within the year after said inspection. Thus, the expiration of this
undertaking will be within 360 days which is October 26, 2020;

3. That in line with the agreement, the Company shall hold BUREAU OF
FIRE PROTECTION-BOCAUE FIRE STATION harmless from any and
all liabilities, actions, claims, expenses or damages on account of the
non-compliance by our Company with the recommendations provided by
them;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of application and

compliance with the Bureau of Fire Protection to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts.
