Brac University Student Payment Manual

1. Regular online payment process

Student can make their payment in any branch of BRAC Bank / Southeast Bank / ONE Bank
/ DHAKA Bank /PRIME Bank (Accept any agent Banking) with your download from USIS
printed pay slip.

2. Manual Pay Collection slip

A student can go to BRAC Bank any branch (Accept agent Banking) with manual pay slip to
pay the dues. A student must print the pay slip. Students need to fill all the columns
mentioned in the collection slip.
We prefer this payment process only for students who are authorized to pay installments
and want to pay a partial amount.
Students have to email BRACU Finance and Accounts attaching all their pay slips after
compiling the full payment. After receiving the email, we will give payment confirmation to
them manually.

3. BRAC Bank Internet Banking payment

If a student or his / her guardian has an account in BRAC Bank, they can make their payment
through BRAC Bank online transaction. The BRAC Bank online portal has the option to pay
for BRAC University. Once student make their pay, confirmation will be completed
automatically.

4. Payment gate way:

A student needs to log in to his/her USIS account and select pay now button to make online
payment (using debit or credit card, bank transfer, mobile banking, etc.).
