Starting the mail with a positive impact which is they tied up with xyz co. And it’sbeen hit
strategy.
The problem , that is they need competitors data to standout from the competitors and take
wise investment decisions.
And then about our offerings that provide solution to their problem in which tracxn provides the
relevant data that matches requirements.
Offering them a freebie tour of tracxn platform and know the response.
If the response is positive then arrange a meeting for giving a demo .
We write the following mail, when we have no response for the first one.

Firstly, as we didn’t get any response from the client , we need to write them again
Asking the client to have a look at our offerings in our platform
Well if they like our offerings, we can proceed further with paid subscription details.
Otherwise asking the reason for not accepting our proposal and follow-up the mail to ask them
contact if they need it in future.
Asking them if they need a clear picture about our offerings through a phone call and the closing
the mail.
