WUPOSTM Service Installation Guide
1 Installation Procedure
To access WUPOSTM, you must install the WUPOSTM Service and register the terminal. Follow the quick instructions
below to get started.
Fig A: New Terminal. You will need one-time terminal credentials to install a new terminal. Contact your administrator if
you have not received them.
Fig B: Existing Terminal. For an existing terminal, your current credentials will be used by the installer to register the
terminal.
The File Download dialog box appears prompting to ‘RUN’ or ‘SAVE’ the ‘WUPOS_Service.EXE’ file.
To save the file for later installation, click ‘SAVE’. Choose the folder location and save the file to your local system.
To launch the installation file immediately click ‘RUN’.

Launch the downloaded file for it to install.
• If file was previously saved, access saved file on the local system and double-click to launch for installation.
• If Run was selected at time of download, the file is automatically launched for installation.
There are no actions required from you during the installation. The installer may open a couple of few windows during
the installation, do NOT close them.
Following prompt is displayed after the installation completes:
Step 2 for Installation of WUPOSTM Service will need to be executed for each local user account.

3 Register the WUPOSTM terminal
Existing Terminal. Click on ‘Click Here To Continue’ to register this WUPOSTM terminal.
You do not need to log out of WUPOSTM or refresh the screen for this step.
WUPOS™ Agents: Create or update bookmarks or shortcuts with the new WUPOS™ URL that is now used.
Do not use previous URLs in order to avoid possible issues now or in the future.
