Hello I'm ABC, the tour guide.

Today I will take you to Ha Long Bay - One of

Asia's great natural wonders. Halong Bay is not only a famous tourist destination
of Quang Ninh province in Vietnam, but also recognized by UNESCO as a World
Heritage Site.
Ha Long Bay is a small bay in the western part of the Gulf of Tonkin in the
Northeast Vietnam Sea, including the sea and islands of Ha Long City, Cam Pha
City and a part of Van Don Island District of Quang Ninh Province. .
Being the center of a large area with more or less similarities in geology,
geomorphology, landscape, climate and culture, with Bai Tu Long Bay in the
northeast and Cat Ba archipelago in the southwest, Ha Long Bay is limited to an
area of about 1,553 km² including 1,969 islands, large and small, most of which are
limestone islands, of which the core area of the bay covers an area of 334 km² and
densely converges 775 islands.
Ha Long Bay has been around since ancient times due to geological formations.
However, in the mind of the Vietnamese from prehistoric times with folk
imagination and concept of the ancestors of Dragon and Fairy, some legends say
that When the Vietnamese were first founded, the country was tattooed by the
foreign enemy.
Ngoc Hoang sent Mother Dragon to bring a herd of Dragons to the world to help
the Vietnamese fight the enemy.
Enemy boats from the sea rushed ashore just as the dragons arrived on earth.
The Dragons immediately spewed fire and burned the enemy boat, on the other
hand, the dragon released Chau Ngoc and set up a towering stone wall, causing the
enemy boat to crash and shatter, blocking the foreign advance.
After the war was over, seeing the peaceful ground, lush trees, people here were
industrious, hardworking, united to help each other, Mother Dragon and Son
Dragon did not return to heaven but stayed on earth, where just took place a battle
to protect the people of Dai Viet forever. The location where the Mother Dragon
landed was Ha Long. The place where the Dragon Son landed was Bai Tu Long.
And the tail of the dragon waving white water is Bach Long Vi (Tra Co peninsula
today, with sand over 15 km long).
Currently, Ha Long Bay is a dynamically developed area thanks to the available
conditions and advantages such as having a great potential for tourism, scientific
research, aquaculture, fishing, and water traffic. to the northeastern sea area of
Vietnam in particular and the North of Vietnam in general.
The topography of Ha Long is an island, mountains interspersed between sea
valleys, a salty land with tiger parrots and cliffs of limestone islands creating
contrasting beauty, harmoniously and vividly of the elements: rock , water and sky.
The islands in Ha Long Bay are of two types: limestone island and schist stone
island.
Concentrating in two main regions is the southeastern part of Bai Tu Long Bay and
the southwestern region of Ha Long Bay.
The area of rock islands with spectacular scenery and many beautiful caves is the
center of Ha Long Bay Natural Heritage, including most of Ha Long Bay (core
zone), part of Bai Tu Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. belonging to Cat Ba archipelago
(buffer zone).
Islands on Ha Long Bay have their own shapes, unlike any other coastal island in
Vietnam, and no island like any other.
There are places where the archipelago is piled up, but there are places alternating
vertical and horizontal, forming a tens of kilometers long line like a wall. It is a
