DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR REAL ID CARD OR STANDARD CARD


You must present one document for proof of identity AND one document for proof of Social Security number AND two documents to prove
your Nevada residential address. Immigration documents are required, if applicable. Documents will be scanned. If you are renewing or
updating your Nevada DL or ID card and do not have the required documents, you may receive a standard DL or ID as shown above.

U.S. Birth Certificate (no hospital birth certificate) Bank or credit card statement
U.S. Passport or Passport card Bill or statement requesting payment
U.S. Certificate of Citizenship or Naturalization Court documents
Permanent Resident/Resident Alien card (I-551) NV public assistance documents
(Permanent Resident Cards must be updated at age 14 unless the bearer
turns age 16 prior to expiration.) Enrollment records or student ID
Foreign Passport with temporary I-551 stamp Lease /rental agreement, mortgage or deed
