A dispute over the scope of work arose between Vision Cleaning Services
cleaners and the client. Both parties were ready to terminate the contract.
Due to my positive relationship with both groups, l was able act as a

mediator and negotiate mutually agreeable terms thereby saving the

ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND ACCURATE REPORTING
External auditors came to the Englobe laboratory to question the Lab OPG & Bruce Power clearances
technicians about certain test results that had been submitted over three
months prior to the date. Using my judiciously documented logbook I was CGSB UT 1- Passed written exam
able to accurately answer all the questions regarding the tests performed. CGSB UT 1- Practical exam scheduled
STRONG WORK ETHIC Shutdown experience
While at Englobe It was decided that there should be an extra workshop
key kept by one of the field technicians. Even though l was only a Co-op Willing to be relocated
student, it was unanimously agreed that the key be given to me as l was
most often the first to arrive and last to leave.
EXCEPTIONAL SAFETY AWARENESS
Learnt from OPG and Bruce power, I have implemented the concept of
“Safety first” by being situationally aware and taking two minutes to
analyze my environment before performing any task as an everyday way
of life.
