How To Start Chat?

Login to Daraz Seller Center. On the bottom right corner, you will find a chat pop up that leads
chat box, where you can view and reply to all customer messages

How To Send An Image On Chat?
Once a chat conversation is selected, click on the paper clip icon to attach or upload an
image from your computer to send in the chat

How To Send Product Details?

Customers almost always ask questions related to products

1. To send in product details, click on product option


towards the extreme right of your Chat screen

2. You can search for the mentioned product in your store

3. You may also view the product for your reference

4. Once selected, click on Send, to direct the product


details to the interested customer via Chat

How To Send Order Details?

Customers often inquire about the order that they have 2


placed, ranging from expected delivery time, changes,
charges or any relevant details

1. To send in order details, click on product option towards

4. Once selected, click on Send, to direct the order details

How To Send Vouchers?

Customers can be sent vouchers via Chat directly by the


seller. This creates a good rapport with the customer 3

1. To send vouchers, click on voucher option towards the


extreme right of your Chat screen

2. You may select the voucher type you want to send;

3. Click Send on whichever voucher you wish to give the


customer

On the Seller Center App, login and click on Messages. Click on the customers name to open chat

Click on the + sign to attach or take photos. Give Daraz access and send images to the concerned
customer

Click on the + sign and select Products. You can now select the product from your store and send it to the
concerned customer

How To Send Order Details via App?

Click on the + sign and select Orders. You can now select the order for which you want to view details
and send it to the concerned customer

How To Manage Chat Replies via App?

On the App’s main page, select your Daraz. Now click on Chat and select Quick Reply

You can add up to 6


quick replies and click
Save

Make sure to add


messages relevant to
what you mostly get
asked about, in order to
make replying more
convenient

The quick replies will be


visible above your
keyboard in chat

How To Manage Auto Replies via App?
On the App’s main page, select your Daraz. Now click on Chat and select Auto Reply. Write a message you
want to automatically send when a any customer messages. Click Save

Setting Work Time
When activating Auto Reply, you may also set your work timings according to what works for you and click
Save

Holiday Mode
You can activate Holiday Mode in Seller Account if the seller will not be available in certain dates. It’s a way
to make your Daraz offline for a certain time period. Set your dates and click save to turn on Holiday Mode
