AFFIDAVIT

I, FELIX B. ABAD, Jr., of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Cullalabo, del Sur, Burgos, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby deposes and says, that:

1. I am the same person executing this affidavit;

2. I am presently a Barangay Kagawad of Cullalabo del Sur, Burgos,

Isabela having assumed my post in January 2017;

3. I am also the neighbors of Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. and Manuel

Flores;

4. On the evening of 26 February 2017 at around 8:00 in the evening,

I was at home when Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. together with Jimboy
Javier and Ericson Javier passed by and went at the back of my
house;

5. The trio called for my name and asked me to join them at the back
of my house for a drinking spree;

6. Just a few minutes after we started drinking, Manuel Flores arrived

and without a word suddenly stabbed Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. at
his back for three (3) times then immediately left the scene;

7. Immediately, I asked Jimboy Javier and Ericson Javier to bring

Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. to Soller Hospital in Roxas, Isabela, after
which I followed;

8. When I arrived at Soller Hospital, I was informed at the Hospital that

the condition of Bonificio U. Lauricio, Sr. is serious as it could not
attend to his medical needs and was advised to be transferred to
the Provincial Hospital of City of Ilagan;

9. Upon learning of the gravity of the incident, I immediately left and

went to PNP Burgos, Isabela to reported the stabbing incident;
 10. Also the Provincial Hospital could not attend to his medical needs,
hence he was transferred to the Isabela Doctors General Hospital in
City of Ilagan;
11. It can be gleamed by the number of the wounds sustained by
Bonificio U. Lauricio, Sr. that Manuel Flores wanted and
determined to kill him;

12. Almost a year after this stabbing incident or on 21 February 2018,

Manuel Flores again stabbed Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr., but this time
the former succeeded in killing the latter as the latter again
sustained multiple stab wounds which caused his death.

I am executing this affidavit in good faith, attesting to the truth of all the
foregoing statements as above-stated, in support to the complaint filed by the
family of Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. against Manuel Flores.
