1: identifying the problem:

Problems is communicating with clients.

2: identifying decision criteria:

It is an crises problem. We do not ignore this problem. Because it is very


effected on our business. So it is crises problem.

3: Allocating weight to the criteria:

We allocating this problem at first. Because it is very effected on our


business in future.

4: developing alternatives:

The alternatives for this problem is open offices in Islamabad. And also
warehouses in Islamabad.

5: Analyzing alternatives:
We start the business of GB dry fruit. But we are in hunzai there are no
internet. And our warehouses are also in hunzai. It is very difficult to
distribute the dry fruits form hunzai to all over the Pakistan. So we open the
offices in Islamabad and also open a warehouses in Islamabad. Which is
very fruit full. We have good internet in Islamabad and easy to distribute dry
fruits to all over the Pakistan.

6: Selecting the alternatives:


We selected the alternatives is open offices in Islamabad and also open a
warehouses in Islamabad.

7 Implementing the alternative::

We start the business of GB dry fruit. But we are in hunzai there are no
internet. And our warehouses are also in hunzai. It is very difficult to
distribute the dry fruits form hunzai to all over the Pakistan. So we open the
offices in Islamabad and also open a warehouses in Islamabad. Which is
very fruit full. We have good internet in Islamabad and easy to distribute dry
fruits to all over the Pakistan.

8: Evaluating the decision’s effectiveness:

We think that it is very effective decision. Because we save a lot of time.


And it is easy to customer to buy dry fruits. So it is very effective decision.
