AFFIDAVIT OF CHARACTER REFERENCES

          We, GREGORIO JR. D. NAVARRO, LOLITA S. LACANDAZO and

VENANCIO C. MORENO, all Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Brgy.
Magsaysay Dulag, Leyte, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That we all personally know the person of RICHELLE C. ARGUTA, the

latter being a person of good reputation in the community and a loving person to her
family;

2. That she has not been charged with any act or omission punishable by law, rule
or regulation before prosecutor, judge, public officer or administrative body; nor has she
found involved in any left leaning organization or have been involved in rallies and other
gatherings where the topic is to destabilize nor destroy the duly constituted government
from the time we knew her;

3. That the undersigned strictly adhere to the guidance of the government in the
entry of this resident to police service;

4. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
facts and statement on our own free will.
