A letter of complaint

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the CD player, that I have recently bought in your
shop from 12 June.

When I used it for the first time it was working only for ten minutes and later it went
off. When I tried to use second time the CD went around but there were no sound.

Furthermore, when I tried to turn it on the same thing happened. In addition to this,
the CD player was going to have also radio tuner but it was a complete nonsense.
You are making a fool of people saying something like that. I turned to the shop
assistant with this problem but he did not make any efforts with my complaint.

I assume you will replace the CD player as it is obviously said in the warranty. I
hope the matter will be solved promptly.
