CONGRESSIONAL VISIT OF THE UKRAINIAN SENIOR LEADERSHIP DELEGATION

MR. ANDRIY YERMAK, HEAD OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION CHIEF NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR TO THE
PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE.

MR. OLEKSII REZNIKOV, DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AND MINISTER FOR TEMPORARILY OCCUPIED TERRITORIES.

DELEGATION

The Ukrainian delegation is led by Mr. Andriy Yermak, head of the Presidential Administration
and Chief national security advisor to the President of Ukraine.

Mr. Yermak is the closest confidant of the President and the most powerful person in Ukraine
after President. He is overseeing National Security issues and is the "power broker" for President
on domestic and international affairs.

The delegation includes Mr. Oleksii Reznikov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for
Temporarily Occupied Territories. Since the external aggression and problems derived from it is
a very high priority for Ukraine, Mr. Reznikov's role is significantly elevated in the Cabinet of
Ministers, and he represents the closest circle of the President.

Mr. Resnikov is a senior Ukrainian government official responsible for police dealing with the
outcome of Russian aggression, territory occupied by Russian separatists, and U.S.-Ukrainian
relationships.

Mr. Yermak and Mr. Resnikov are always prominently present at President's high-level meetings
and foreign visits.

PURPOSE OF THE VISIT.

The delegation wants to express on the highest-level gratitude to Members of the U.S. Congress
for responding to Russian aggression.

Delegation is coming to the U.S. for forging new, strategic, and predictable relations with the U.S.
Congress. It includes ensuring continuous bipartisan support of the U.S. Congress to the territorial
integrity of Ukraine and informing Congressional leadership on the state of affairs in and around
Ukraine.

President Zelensky's administration wishes to ensure engagement with U.S. Congress on issues
important for both sides.
