INTRODUCTION

Praise and gratitude let us say it to the presence of ALLAH SWT which has given
all of us immeasurable pleasures, one off which is the enjoyment of age and
opportunity to me, so that I can complete my task regarding “Making A Beef
Macaroni Kebab Snack Business”. I also say many thanks to my lecturers who
have provided an overview of this assignment.

I realized I was just an ordinary human who still had many shortcomings, so with
a big heart, I accepted criticism and suggestion for this proposal. Hopefully this
proposal that I have complied can be useful for all.

BAB I
1.1 PRELIMINARY
Business people are competing to find unique food innovations that can be
accepted by various groups so that their food business can develop rapidly. In
Indonesian, the food trend is a very well known trend. There are several foods
that have become a trend in Indonesia which has led to the mushrooming of new
shops that also sell the same food namely chicken geprek, meatballs with children,
spicy snacks, and one of them is burgers and kebabs.

Kebab is a typical food originating from turkey, consisting of pita bread


containing meat mixed and processed with spices. In several cities in Indonesia,
this food has become a favorite food. Thus, the kebab business is quite potential
to see the public’s interest in this fast food.

For that I complied this proposal in order to formulate a plan to seize existing
business opportunities.

1.2 PURPOSE
The purpose of my efforts is to add to life experience, especially in the field of
entrepreneurship, to try new creations by changing the content in kebabs .

1.3 VISSION AND MISSION

Vission :

Increase personal and group income and make this kebab food product acceptable
in the wider community, especially in the pekanbaru area.

Mission :

Can make quality human resources and create new flavors

Unemployment the number of unemployed people in Indonesia, especially in the


area pekanbaru

Making the only kebab food company in Indonesia apart from turkey.

1.5 SCOPE OF BUSINESS

The scope of the business that I run is still around my environment but it does not
rule out the possibility for me to provide services outside my area, because now
there are online applications such as go food or grab food that can buy my kebabs
without having to come to my place, making my kebabs better known outside the
region me.

1.6 RISKS FACED


The problem in selling beef macaroni kebabs is the raw material, where the raw
material is macaroni, and not everyone likes macaroni.

2.1 PRODUCT PLAN

The business that I will develop is in the culinary field. My kebab product is
different from other kebabs, I have my own ideas and innovations in creating a
kebab menu, namely “Beef Macaroni Kebab”. I hope that with my ideas and
innovations in selling kebabs, it can attract buyers, so that they can increase
turnover or profits in my sales.

2.3 TYPES OF BUSINESS AND PROSPECTS

This type of business is enganged in the food sector, the type of business being
run is the production of light snacks in the form of beef macaroni kebabs. Given
the price that is affordable for students, this food is one of the foods that are in
great demand by Indonesia.

3.1 PLAN PRODUCT

Because this business is still relatively small, then I will open this business with
the following facilities :

1. Aluminum booth where I will sell kebabs later


2. A seat or a place to wait for buyers
3. Raw materials for making kebabs such as meat, macaroni, tomatoes,
cucumbers, lettuce, and others
4. I have also registered this kebab business to gofood and grabfood, so
buyers can order it via the app without coming to my place

4.1 SWOT

1. STRENGHTH

 Has a menu characteristic that is different from other kebab


businesses, namely kebabs containing macaroni, meat.
 The place is strategic and many people pass it
 The taste is very good
 The price is quite cheap, affordable, satisfying service is
neat and clean

2. WEAKNESS

 Not favored by people who don’t like macaroni.


 Not favored by people who don’t like meat.
 There are some people who don’t like vegetables.

3. OPPORTUNITIES

 Most favored by children


 The characteristics of the menu make this business very
promosing a sizeable profit

4. THREAT

 It is feared that there are competitors who make the same


products as us but they add more expensive meat/vegetable
variants.
 It is feared that in the future there will be more and more
traders who imitate our business, this will increase
competition in trading

 The price of raw materials which at any time can increase,
can cause an increase in prices which may reduce buyers.

Profit : average sales of kebabs per day are 13 portions x Rp. 25.000/porsi =
Rp. 325.000

Average sales of kebabs per month 390 servings x rp.25.000/porsi =


Rp. 9.750.000

The total capital for the kebab business for raw materials and equipment reaches
Rp. 4.174.000, with an average turnover per day of rp. 325.000 x 30 days, so per
month can earn a profit reaching Rp.5.576.000

5.3 PLAN SALES


In the implementation ,I will sell in a strategic place, namely in the area of my
house near the road, because the area of my house is a lot of residents and many
pass the road where I sell. In selling kebabs, I will go directly to servings buyers

because I don’t want to use employee services. At this initial stage I want to see
first hand, how the responses of buyers in seeing my product, of course in the
sales there will be sales strategic that I will use in attracting potential buyers. I
have high hopes that in the implementation, my kebab sales can run successfully.

BAB VI

6.1 ANTICIPATION OF THE FUTURE

In anticipation of a rival who is superior to me in the future. Therefore from


now on I am preparing myself to slowly improve the deficiencies in my
products, especially in quality, quantity and price. The goal is that the day the
business that I run has increased and of course it will increase the quality of

the products I market. With the quality that I have both from production and
from the way I work, customers will think a thousand times to buy elsewhere.

6.2 CONCLUSION

Whatever business is being carried out, as long as we are serious about running
the business, hopefully the plan will run smoothly. The most important thing
in running a business is willingness, persistence, willingness to innovate
cooperate, and not being afraid of failure . therefore, with full struggle I will
develop this business so that it continues to increase .
