under their respective jurisdiction
in Karachi Division which are leased
to or developed by others.
All powers assigned to Concerned

3 Karachi Port Trust Areas of housing schemes, All powers assigned to Concerned
industrial estates or other land Authorities by these Regulations
under its jurisdiction which are framed under the Ordinance as
leased to or developed by others. amended from time to time..

4 Pakistan Railways Areas of housing schemes, All powers assigned to Concerned

industrial estates or other land Authorities by these Regulations
under its jurisdiction which are framed under the Ordinance as

5 Ministry of Works Areas of housing schemes, All powers assigned to Concerned

Government of Pakistan industrial estates or other land Authorities by these Regulations
under its jurisdiction which are framed under the Ordinance as

6 Sind Industrial Trading Areas of housing schemes, All powers assigned to Concerned
Estates Karachi industrial estates or other land Authorities by these Regulations
under its jurisdiction which are framed under the Ordinance as

7 Sindh Katchi Abadies All areas within its jurisdiction other All powers assigned to Concerned
