Goal: In an effort to improve academic performance and increase the mental health of students, Flex will be removed and the time
will be used to delay the school start time.

Objectives:
1. Remove Flex period from students’ schedules.

2. Delay school start time by 40 mins so that school starts at 8:25 am.

3. Adjust students’ schedule at Brighton High school to match the later start time.
