A homogeneous mixture of finely dispersed and stabilized pigments, nitrocellulose polymer, alkyd polymer, and solvent blend

4. FIRST AID MEASURES
General Advice: Remove contaminated clothing.
On inhalation: Keep the patient calm. Remove to fresh air and seek immediate medical attention.
On skin contact: Wash affected areas thoroughly with soap and water.
On eye contact: Immediately wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under clean, running water
with eyelids held open. Consult eye specialist should irritation persist.
On ingestion: Rinse mouth immediately with clean drinking water. Seek immediate medical
attention.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES


Fire: Flammable
Explosion: Containers may explode when exposed to extreme heat.
Special precaution is required for application to hot surfaces.
Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water spray, dry extinguishing media, foam and carbon dioxide.
Fire Fighting Protective Equipment: Firefighters should wear Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA),
MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Personnel Precautions: Evacuate area and keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from entering the spill area.
Environmental Precautions: Avoid runoff into storm sewers, ditches and waterways.
Methods for containment: Contain spills with an inert absorbent material such as soil, sand or oil dry.
Methods for cleanup: Absorb spill with suitable absorbent material (e.g. sand, saw dust, foam).
Dispose absorbed material in accordance with regulations.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE


Handling: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
Storage: Store at room temperature. Longer exposure to temperature extremes may cause
irreversible degradation of product quality.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION


Personal protective equipment:
Respiratory Protection: Use only with adequate ventilation. If applicable, use a properly fitted organic
vapor/particulate respirator approved by MSHA/NIOSH. Follow respirator
manufacturer’s directions for use.
Hand Protection: Use chemical resistant protective gloves
Eye protection: Use standard safety goggles recommended
