WHAT IS AN OUTLINE?
The structure of a composition. (Look at the format below.)

(Should be relevant to the question and responding the question, interesting, attractive, short)
I. INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC (2/3 sentences)
MAIN IDEA: Topic sentence
1. Brainstorm ideas.
2. Organise your ideas (3 groups).
3. Have an attractive title.
4. Have an interesting introduction. (1/2 sentences)
5. Establish your Main Idea (Topic Sentence).
6. Write your reasons (3).
7. Determine the details and examples to support your reasons (3).
8. Conclude by summarising the main idea (topic sentence).

before you start writing your
composition.
- Select the ideas you want to
use in your composition.
- Omit those you do not want to
use. Those, which are not
relevant. (Look at the sample)
