8. Water Supply
According to the mandatory of each subdivision shall have
at least an operational deep well and pump sets with
sufficient capacity to provide Average Daily Demand (ADD)
to all homeowners.
- Minimum Water Supply Requirement
Mandatory with the 150 liters per capita per day for
household connection.
- Fire Protection Demand
According to the provision for fire protection shall
comply with the requirements of the Fire Code of the
Philippines.

Establishments and Public Utilities to Install Facilities and

Hose Box - A case or bureau where fire hoses, valves and other
gear are put away and organized putting out fires.
The BFP may go into outer gathering arrangements for the lead
of preparing, instruction and assessment of fire volunteers,
professionals and fire volunteer associations, which will be
under the full control and management of the BFP: Provided,
notwithstanding, That during firefighting activities, fire
volunteer associations will be under the direct operational
control of the fire ground administrators of the BFP;

Section 17. This Act will produce results fifteen (15) days
after its distribution in the Official Gazette or in two (2)
public papers of general course.
