QCS Problem

WORK DONE AND OBSERVATION

 M/S Jasch Engineers reached at site on date 24 March 2021.

 Scanner Main Pulley, Top and Bottom carriages Timing Belts and bottom carriage Heater
Element changed.
 Sensor cleaning is done .GSM auto control trial is taken. It is observed that at higher GSM the
Auto control is not working properly due to increased process variations , upto 250 GSM it is
working OK.
 It is strongly recommended to maintain the pulp consistency of all three layers for better GSM
control.
 Shift wise cleaning of sensor heads with mild cotton cloth is strongly recommended.
 Earth potential should be maintained around 2.5 V AC.
 M/s Jasch Engineer is leaving the site on 27 March 2021 evening..
