AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, JOEMAR S. HILADO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident

of Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state;

1. Herein affiant is the witness against ARLANDO SALAYAN, MARGIE

PAMBOY GENOSAS, DARWIN SAN, JOHNY TALINO, MARILYN
TALINO, FILO TALINO and Et. Al., all of legal age, and all
residents of Purok 10, Brgy. Kawas, Alabel, Sarangani Province for
the case of PHYSICAL INJURY, MALICIOUS MISCHIEF,
ILLEGAL/FORCIBLE ENTRY and TRESSPASS TO DWELLING.

2. On June 24, 2018, on or about 6 o’clock in the morning, herein

affiant was at his office at Brgy. Lagao, General Santos City when he
received a call from his cousin, Felipe Hilado, saying that there was a
group of people with bolos who will illegally enter the property of his
late uncle, Matias M. Hilado, at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I
immediately went to the area and I arrived thereat at around 7 in the
morning. I with my aunt, Catalina L. Hilado, and the caretakers,
Teresita S. Hilado and Christina M. Tamboboy, called for our relatives
and after a moment they arrived. We have waited until 1 o’clock in
the afternoon and when the group of men with bolos have not
arrived yet, herein affiant went to the police station to put into
blotter the said information. Attached herewith is the copy of the
extract blotter dated June 24, 2018 as Annex “1”.

3. On or about 2 o’clock in the afternoon when I arrived at the area

from the police station. There, I saw with my own naked eyes the
group of men with bolos and construction materials going to the
area. I asked them, “Asa mo maadto?” then they replied, “Sa
amoang lupa.” Then I asked again, “Unsa ang lot number?” then
they replied, “Lot 160 ug Lot 161” Then I said, “Dili ni mao ang area
na inyong gipangita.” Then Margie Pamboy Genosas replied me and
said, “Papel to papel lang ta sir.” Then I replied, “Naa ang amoang
papel, asa ang inyuha?” Then they immediately ran towards the area
causing a commotion. I also hurriedly went to the area and I saw my
aunt, Catalina L. Hilado, attacked by several men and women. My
aunt, who was still struggling from the attack of several people, was
also attacked by Margie Pamboy Genosas who pulled my aunt’s hair
and dragged her down. Margie Pamboy Genosas also uttered several

 threatening words like they will kill my aunt so I immediately went at
my aunt to pull her away from them.

4. I saw that they (almost 500 of them) cut down several trees and
they also destroyed the fence around the area. They fixed an
individual shanties and tent as their shelter while the others stayed in
my aunt’s nipa house.

5. We came to know later the names of their companions who were

presently occupied the Hilado area up to this moment and
individually identify their names as: TITING PAMBOY, JUNIE
SEROMINES, JONATHAN PAMBOY, JERRY TUSAN, YENG
TALINO, MARITA MASAMLOK, EDDIE SEGAFU, YENG TALINO,
TIBOR YAMA, LORNA MUDA, RODRIGO MANGALON, ROLLY
TABLO, NENE ALABA, BEBETH ADAM, RENE TABLO, NORDIE
TALINO, JOEL BANDA, DIONESIO DAWAN and JEMUEL
CARIAGA.

6. That, I am executing this affidavit according to my personal

knowledge and belief without being forced, coerced or intimidated.

7. IN TRUTH WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ____ day of
