AZURE MEDIA SERVICE ACCOUNTS
Accessing Media Services requires two associated accounts:

1. A Media Services account

 Does not store actual media content.
 Stores metadata about the media content and media processing jobs.

2. Azure storage account

 Must be located in the same geographic region as the Media Services A/C.
 If you delete a Media Services account, the blobs in your related storage account are not
de0leted.
