Department Circular No. 2021-0171 dated 28 April 2021 entitled “46 Annual
Convention and Scientific Meeting and 48" Founding Anniversary of the Operating Room
Nurses Association of the Philippines Inc. on July 03-04, 2021” is hereby amended to
change:

As thus amended, all

other provisions in the said issuance not affected by this amendment
shall remain in effect.
