VEHICLE SALE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I, Mr. Muhammad Farooq Rashid son of Sheikh Abdul Rasheed, holding CNIC No. 35202-
5493507-7, Resident of House No. 40, Block E-1, Johar Town Lahore (“Seller”) has sold my
vehicle Suzuki WagonR, Color White bearing its Registration No. LEC-18A-3185, Chassis
No. A1J310PK10074402, Engine No. PK10B174446, Model 2018, (“Vehicle”) to Ms.
Saleha Tabassum wife of Mr. Dawood Ahmed Qamar, holding CNIC No. 37405-3120512-4
Resident of Dar Ul Hamd Oil Mills, Mohallah Factory Area, Faisalabad (“Purchaser”)

1. That the Seller has received the token money amounting to Rs. 10,000/- in cash and
full and final sale consideration amounting to Rs. 1,580,000/- (Rupees One Million
Five Hundred Eighty Thousand only) through Pay Order No. 04705810 dated
24.04.2021 of Standard Chartered Bank against the Vehicle from Purchaser.

2. That the Seller has handed over the physical possession/delivery of the Vehicle along
with original Registration Book and Vehicle purchase documents (“Original
Documents”) to the Purchaser on 24.04.2021 at 11:00 a.m. (“Date of Delivery”) and
Purchaser has acknowledged the delivery of Vehicle along with Original Documents
on the Date of Delivery.

3. That the Purchaser shall get the Vehicle transferred in her name within fifteen (15)
days from the Date of Delivery of Vehicle and shall bear all the expenses incidental
thereto.

4. That the seller is responsible for the challan/accident and any other cases till date i.e.
23.04.2021 and in future i.e. from Date of Delivery and onward the Purchaser shall be
fully responsible for tax, challan, accident, any court cases.

5. That the Seller has no objection if the Vehicle is transferred in the name of the
Purchaser.
